We offer professional courses to those looking to learn the pleasures of handling motorboats. Our courses are designed to qualify you for private or commercial motor- and/or sailing boat use, granting you both the knowledge and licenses to enjoy yachting.
OUR TEAM
JACOB
Our Chief Training Captain, Jacob Nelson Kiyuba, is an IYT Certified Instructor for up to the IYT Master of Yachts 200 ton power, and partner in the sea school. He can take you from never having been on a boat to becoming a confident boater.
He has almost two decades of experience as a boating instructor. His passion for boating translates into his enthusiastic training style. His training focus lies on supporting students to feel confident, comfortable and safe when handling boats, so that they can enjoy the pleasures of boating without limits.
EFTHYMIOS
Being from Greece, sailing is running in Efthymios since early in his life due to the sailing background of his family and his home town .
Efthymios holds an IYT Master of Yachts 200ton license in power boating and sailing and is qualified to teach up to this level. He has been sailing in many places around the globe and knows the Mediterranean like his back yard.
If you ever plan to sail in the Mediterranean or any other places with lots of wind, Efthymios will get you ready for the adventure.

HILAL
Hilal is an Omani national who adores the sea and boating. Hilal is a Master Mariner and worked for the Oman Royal Yacht Squadron for many years. As an Omani, the sea and boating have always been an integral part of his life, and this dedication has led to his decision to join the sea school as a partner to share boating experiences with anyone looking to become engrossed in the world of boating.
MARITA
Marita is a German national who lives and works successfully in Oman. She loves traveling the seas by boat and would love to share her enthusiasm with others thus decided to invest and co-found the Compass Marine Sea School. She enjoys sailing around the globe, profiting from her gained knowledge and boating skills to discover maritime beauty.
